Day One: Take Off

We started off our day with a slight hiccup.  Our flight to Denver was delayed, meaning we would miss our connecting flight to St. Louis. Jeff was able to switch our fight earlier to Pheonix. So we left 2 hours before planned.  I frantically finished packing, Jeff finished up as quickly as he could at work, Joy and Jerry left their work earlier than expected, and we were on our way!

We are currently in Pheonix enjoying our 4 hour layover (it would have only been 2 hours in Denver).  We will arrive in St. Louis at 11 P.M. tonight (an hour later than planned), but are still glad we were able to leave today.

Just a quick "Thank You" to all of our family and friends. Your love & support has been amazing and your graciousness overwhelming. We love each one of you!
