Last night was apparently a long night for Jennifer. I do have sympathy for her because I went through sitting beside her bed as she had 3 kids and I remember how terrible the nights were with nurses coming in all the time and buzzers beeping non stop. And to top it off the bed you are suppose to sleep on is more of a chair of torture. I think some times it'd be better to just sleep on the floor.
Cam slept through most of the night without any incidents. They had to remove one of his iv's this morning because it was starting to swell. Of course he didn't mind that. He still is off his game a bit...we are so use to his bubbly and comical personality that it is hard to see him so subdued. But it is for obvious reasons they do that.
Cam is being showered with balloons and gifts from so many family and friends that he decided it would be a good idea to share a few with his "roommate" that had the same procedure done yesterday. He is from Finland and is dealing with the same thing Cam is. It is amazing to see that people from all over the world come to Dr. Park for this procedure. He is one of the best in the world and it continues to give us confidence that he will never be the same. How could he be? With an amazing Dr and our almighty God, the great physician at work because of so many prayers from fam & friends.
One miracle to praise God for...I got to witness Cam wiggle his right toes for the first time this morning. I got chills seeing them move! (Phil 4:8) He also got a visit from a poodle this morning. He loves to see the dogs come through here. This poodle was so gentle and stuck her noise right up by him. It was cute to see his face light up.
