Every now and again, Jeff builds a fort/tent in our living-room for the kids to sleep in....they LOVE it! (What kid wouldn't?? I think Jeff enjoys it just as much!) I was not here for the "campout" this time. I was able to have a girls' weekend in McCall with my friend, Gentry. The kids got to hang out with daddy and it looks like they didn't miss me one bit!:) Thanks Jeff!

That's so fun! What a fun dad Jeff is. That's great that he makes everything so fun for them when you're away. He's a good husband too, huh?
I have wonderful memories growing up of building forts too. I remember doing it REGULARLY! And my mom was such a good sport to let us destroy the living room so we could have our fun! Your kids are going to have great memories of their childhood, it's obvious from your blog. I always think about my brother Zeb. One night he was telling his wife so passionately about how he had "THE BEST CHILDHOOD EVER!!!!!!!!!!" And he said like I wrote it. It was so funny! I guess you'd have to be there, but there is nothing better than looking back and having sweet memories! I know you agree!
