A couple of weeks ago Michael, Macie, and I went to the Boise Zoo for the afternoon. It was perfect weather, the animals were all out sunbathing, and we really enjoyed our time together. (We missed daddy though! He had to work.) Macie was in a good mood and seemed pretty interested in the animals. 
She would point and jabber. Michael has been to several zoos before, but this time was definitely more exciting for him. He is at that age where he asks lots of questions. When we left, he said, "Thank you mommy! Thank you for taking me to the zoo today!" I so love to watch them learn new things. The looks on their faces are priceless!

What a fun day!! I especially love the little picture of the "two pearls"! That's cute!! I need to start taking Asher to some new places. Everyone that is blogging, on my blog list, has taken their kids to the zoo and the park, etc. And I haven't done any of those with Asher. SO SAD!! I feel so bad. So I've made a goal to get him somewhere new soon!! Thanks for inspiring me! :)
I also like that you have "Brown Eyed Girl" on your playlist! That makes me think of high school!
I tried to check your mom and dad's blog but I couldn't get to it. Maybe they have an invited only guest list?? Anyway, that would be fun to see.
